⚠️ Signer Requirements & Identification
The Service Member: Must personally appear with valid military ID card (active duty) and deployment documentation showing dates. No pre-signed documents accepted.
Acceptable Military ID: Active-duty military ID card, reserve/National Guard ID if on active orders. Nevada driver's license or state ID also required.
Deployment Documentation: Deployment orders, DD Form 214, or other official military documentation showing combat or combat support position and dates that coincide with expired registration period.
Power of Attorney Option: If service member is currently deployed, a family member with valid military power of attorney may sign on their behalf. Must present POA documents, their own ID, and service member's deployment documentation.
Cannot Sign: Unauthorized family members without POA, those without valid military ID, or anyone who cannot provide deployment documentation covering the expired registration period. Dates must match exactly.
