A same-day request is evaluated against package readiness, pickup time, travel, parking, security, office hours, agency cutoffs, queue conditions, payment and whether the receiving office accepts the requested submission method.
Every original, copy, attachment, signature, acknowledgment, cover sheet and government payment must be ready before dispatch.

Government schedules may changeThe accepted package receives priority routing and is presented through the confirmed channel as soon as reasonably practical.
Traffic, security and queues remain externalThe court or agency may reject, defer, review, index or process the submission after delivery. Priority service does not control those government actions.

Acceptance evidence onlyTransmit the approved documents and supplied service instructions to the selected independent server and return available affidavits, declarations, attempts or proofs.
