Court support begins with an identified task—not a legal recommendation. Lake Mead Mobile Notary does not determine which claim, defense, motion, remedy, court or deadline applies. The customer supplies the identified document, requested factual content and filing instructions, or obtains those decisions from an attorney or official self-help resource.

Review-Gated Court Documents

Advanced Pleadings and Enforcement Documents Require Scope Review Before Acceptance

These matters may be accepted only when the customer has identified the procedure and can supply the requested relief, factual allegations, current orders, supporting records and filing instructions without asking Lake Mead Mobile Notary to perform legal research or choose strategy.

Legal advice, representation and strategic case decisions are outside the service. Lake Mead Mobile Notary cannot choose the document, calculate legal deadlines, tell a customer what to allege, advise how to respond, select a service method, communicate as legal counsel or appear in court.
