Call the hotel front desk or bell desk. Tell them your name, dates of stay, and that you are sending a courier to pick up your item. We can then show ID and the order confirmation when we arrive.
Most stores accept the order confirmation number and the name on the order. If ID is required, you can either put our courier's name on the order (with our permission) or we can coordinate with the store manager.
Yes. We can pack your items securely and ship them via FedEx, UPS, or USPS to any address. We provide tracking information and photos of the packed items before shipping.
