NEVADA FORM HELP

What to know about this form

The VP-020 must be signed by the lienholder or an authorized representative of the lienholder company. If you are signing on behalf of a business entity (bank, credit union, finance company, dealership), you must bring documentation proving your authority to act on behalf of the company. This might include a corporate resolution, power of attorney letter, employment verification showing your role as an authorized agent, or other company authorization. You will also need your personal government-issued photo ID. Lake Mead Mobile Notary can guide you on the proper documentation needed for your specific situation.
