NEVADA FORM HELP

What to know about this form

Yes—if they’re authorized in writing. An operations or branch manager may sign VP-268 when the institution provides written proof they are empowered to reassign or transfer lienholder rights (e.g., corporate resolution or delegation letter). VP-268 requires execution before a Notary Public or Authorized DMV Representative, and supporting authority documentation must be submitted with the affidavit.

We verify IDs and corporate authority on site—see Loan Document Notarization. We also serve Las Vegas.
