Nevada Court Exhibit Assembly and PDF Preparation
Lake Mead Mobile Notary organizes customer-selected court exhibits into a clear, indexed, and filing-ready PDF packet using the exhibit labels, order, source files, pleading references, court instructions, and submission requirements supplied by the customer. The service may include separator pages, page numbering, file combination, rotation, optical-character recognition, compression, and quality review, but it does not determine relevance, admissibility, authenticity, confidentiality, or legal strategy.

Organized Court Exhibit Packets from Customer-Supplied Evidence
Lake Mead Mobile Notary organizes customer-selected documents, photographs, records, correspondence, receipts, contracts, reports, and other materials into a structured court-exhibit PDF.
The customer determines which materials will be used, how they will be labeled, the order in which they should appear, and which pleading, motion, petition, opposition, declaration, application, or other court document they support.
Lake Mead Mobile Notary may perform technical and administrative production work such as:
- Arranging exhibits in the customer-approved order
- Creating exhibit separator or caption pages
- Applying customer-selected exhibit letters or numbers
- Preparing an exhibit index
- Combining multiple source files
- Separating an oversized packet into approved volumes
- Rotating incorrectly oriented pages
- Straightening or cropping ordinary scans
- Applying page numbering
- Applying customer-requested Bates-style numbering
- Converting accepted files to PDF
- Making eligible text searchable through optical-character recognition
- Compressing files when possible
- Checking page orientation and apparent legibility
- Confirming that supplied exhibit references match the assembled labels
- Producing a review copy for customer approval
- Preparing the final PDF structure required by the confirmed filing or delivery workflow
This is a technical document-production service. It does not include legal advice, evidentiary analysis, legal research, or selection of evidence.
What Counts as an Exhibit
An exhibit is a document or other item identified by a party for use in connection with a court filing, hearing, trial, application, declaration, motion, petition, complaint, opposition, response, or other legal proceeding.
Customer-selected exhibits may include:
- Contracts
- Agreements
- Letters
- Emails
- Text-message screenshots
- Photographs
- Invoices
- Receipts
- Estimates
- Bank records
- Account statements
- Property records
- Medical records
- Employment records
- Business records
- Government records
- Court orders
- Prior filings
- Notices
- Reports
- Timelines
- Spreadsheets
- Maps
- Diagrams
- Transcripts
- Declarations
- Certificates
- Proofs of payment
- Other customer-selected supporting materials
Lake Mead Mobile Notary does not determine whether an item is relevant, admissible, authentic, privileged, confidential, complete, or persuasive.
Filing Attachments Versus Hearing or Trial Exhibits
Materials attached to a filed motion, petition, declaration, complaint, or other court paper are not always handled in the same manner as exhibits presented at a hearing or trial.
Attachments to a filed document
These materials generally support or accompany a lead court document.
The assembly may involve:
- Combining the exhibits behind the lead document
- Adding clearly identified exhibit separator pages
- Matching exhibit labels to references in the lead document
- Preparing a separate exhibit volume when permitted
- Creating a caption page that identifies the related filing
- Dividing an oversized packet according to filing-system requirements
The Eighth Judicial District Court’s current File and Serve guidance states that attachments ordinarily should be combined with the main document into one PDF. When exhibits are too large, they may be filed separately with a caption page and a descriptive title referencing the related pleading.
Hearing or trial exhibits
Exhibits intended for evidentiary presentation may be governed by additional rules, pretrial orders, department guidelines, exhibit lists, exchange deadlines, courtesy-copy requirements, evidence-vault procedures, or courtroom-technology instructions.
Those materials may require:
- Separate exhibit files
- Physical exhibit binders
- Tabs
- Electronic exhibit lists
- Department-specific naming conventions
- Copies for the judge, clerk, witnesses, or opposing parties
- Delivery to chambers or the courtroom clerk
- Native audio, video, spreadsheet, or presentation files
- Advance testing of electronic evidence
- Additional authentication or foundation documents
Individual judicial departments may publish requirements beyond the ordinary e-filing procedure. For example, Eighth Judicial District Court Department XXII instructs parties preparing courtesy copies to clearly identify exhibits and divide them with tabs.
The confirmed scope must identify whether the project concerns filed attachments, courtesy copies, hearing exhibits, trial exhibits, or more than one output.
Standard Exhibit Packet Structure
A routine assembled exhibit packet may include:
- A caption or cover page
- An exhibit index
- Exhibit separator page
- The corresponding exhibit
- Additional separator pages and exhibits in the approved order
- Continuous or exhibit-specific page numbering
- A final review copy
- A filing-ready or delivery-ready PDF
The exact structure depends on:
- Court
- Case type
- Judicial department
- Filing platform
- Lead document
- Customer instructions
- Court order
- Number of exhibits
- Page count
- Source-file quality
- File-size limits
- Whether the packet will be filed, served, emailed, printed, or presented in court
Lake Mead Mobile Notary does not impose one universal labeling method when the court, attorney, customer, or existing pleading requires another structure.
Exhibit Labels
The customer must provide or approve the label assigned to each exhibit.
Labels may use:
- Exhibit 1, Exhibit 2, Exhibit 3
- Exhibit A, Exhibit B, Exhibit C
- Plaintiff’s Exhibit
- Defendant’s Exhibit
- Petitioner’s Exhibit
- Respondent’s Exhibit
- Joint Exhibit
- Appendix number
- Attachment number
- Another court- or department-directed convention
The exhibit label should match the way the exhibit is referenced in the associated court document.
Lake Mead Mobile Notary may identify an apparent mismatch, but we do not determine which labeling convention has legal or strategic significance.
Exhibit Separator Pages
A separator page may identify:
- Exhibit letter or number
- Short exhibit description
- Related lead document
- Case caption
- Case number
- Party designation
- Page range
- Confidentiality notation supplied by the customer
- Volume number
- Filing sequence
Separator pages improve navigation but do not establish that the exhibit is authentic, admissible, or legally sufficient.
Exhibit Index
A customer-approved exhibit index may list:
- Exhibit label
- Exhibit title or description
- Date
- Source
- Beginning page
- Ending page
- Related paragraph or pleading reference
- Volume
- Confidentiality instruction supplied by the customer
Lake Mead Mobile Notary may prepare the index from customer-provided descriptions and the final assembled packet.
We do not independently characterize an exhibit in a manner that changes its legal meaning or evidentiary purpose.
Page Numbering
Depending on the confirmed scope, the packet may use:
- Continuous page numbering
- Exhibit-specific numbering
- Bates-style numbering
- Existing source-document numbering
- A combination approved by the customer
- No added numbering when the court or recipient requires the source pages to remain unchanged
Page numbering should not conceal or replace material information already appearing on the source document.
The customer must disclose any page-numbering convention required by:
- Court rule
- Department guideline
- Pretrial order
- Attorney instruction
- Filing platform
- Opposing-party agreement
- Existing exhibit references
Optical-Character Recognition
Optical-character recognition may be applied to eligible scanned pages so that text can be searched or selected.
Optical-character recognition may not work reliably when a document contains:
- Handwriting
- Low-resolution scans
- Faded text
- Unusual fonts
- Photographs of documents
- Distorted pages
- Heavy highlighting
- Stamps over text
- Dark backgrounds
- Tables
- Mathematical notation
- Multiple languages
- Damaged originals
Searchability does not guarantee that every word was recognized correctly.
The Nevada electronic-filing framework has been replaced and updated through ADKT 0615, effective July 26, 2024, so the current statewide rules and the applicable local filing procedure must be checked rather than relying on an older filing guide.
File Combination
The standard service may combine accepted files such as:
- PDF documents
- Scanned paper documents
- Word documents converted to PDF
- Photographs converted to PDF pages
- Email printouts
- Screenshots
- Spreadsheets converted to a readable page format
- Customer-approved cover or separator pages
Files are combined in the order approved by the customer.
Lake Mead Mobile Notary does not independently decide that one document should precede another because it appears more important.
File Splitting and Exhibit Volumes
A large exhibit packet may need to be divided into:
- Multiple exhibit volumes
- Separate filing attachments
- Separate lead-document and exhibit PDFs
- Separate confidential and public files
- Separate media files
- Separate courtesy-copy packets
- Court-approved file-size segments
The Eighth Judicial District Court currently limits the combined content of an electronic filing envelope and instructs filers to use a separate captioned exhibit filing when exhibits are too large to remain attached to the main document.
The customer or filing instructions must identify how a split packet should be titled, labeled, and associated with the lead document.
File Compression
Compression may reduce PDF size by adjusting:
- Image resolution
- Embedded image quality
- Duplicate file data
- Metadata
- Scan optimization
- Font embedding
- Color information
Compression cannot always reduce a file enough for the intended filing platform without making the exhibits difficult to read.
Lake Mead Mobile Notary will not intentionally reduce image quality below a usable level merely to meet a file-size target.
A packet that remains too large may require:
- Additional volumes
- Separate exhibit filings
- Reduced-resolution review copies
- Native-file delivery
- Physical submission
- Court approval
- Another court-directed method
Source-File Quality Review
Lake Mead Mobile Notary may identify apparent technical problems such as:
- Missing pages
- Duplicate pages
- Blank pages
- Upside-down pages
- Sideways pages
- Pages in the wrong order
- Illegible text
- Cropped content
- Dark scans
- Overexposed photographs
- Inconsistent exhibit labels
- Broken PDF files
- Password-protected files
- Unsupported file types
- Documents containing comments or editing marks
- Pages with visible personal information
- Missing referenced exhibits
The customer must decide how substantive deficiencies will be corrected.
Lake Mead Mobile Notary does not recreate missing evidence or certify that the supplied source file is complete.
Photograph Preparation
Photographs may be converted into exhibit pages showing:
- The photograph
- Customer-supplied exhibit label
- Customer-supplied date
- Customer-supplied description
- Customer-supplied location
- Customer-supplied photographer or source
- Page number
Lake Mead Mobile Notary does not determine:
- What the photograph proves
- Whether the image has been altered
- Whether metadata is authentic
- Whether the photograph is admissible
- Whether the photographer must testify
- Whether the photograph requires authentication
- Whether the image should be enlarged or emphasized for strategic reasons
Original files should be preserved separately when image quality or metadata may matter.
Audio, Video, and Other Non-PDF Evidence
Audio, video, interactive files, native spreadsheets, databases, physical objects, and other non-PDF evidence may not be suitable for conversion into an ordinary exhibit packet.
The PDF packet may include a customer-supplied placeholder, description, transcript, still image, media index, or reference page, but that page does not replace the original media.
Department-specific instructions may be required for:
- File type
- Storage device
- File naming
- Delivery method
- Playback equipment
- Copies
- Advance testing
- Transcript
- Authentication
- Courtroom presentation
Non-PDF evidence requires separate review and may fall outside the standard service.
Redaction and Confidential Information
The customer must identify any information that should be redacted, omitted, separated, filed confidentially, or submitted under seal.
Potentially sensitive material may include:
- Social Security numbers
- Dates of birth
- Financial account numbers
- Medical information
- Minor children’s information
- Home addresses
- Employment records
- Tax records
- Criminal-history information
- Protected-person information
- Trade secrets
- Privileged communications
- Sealed records
- Personally identifying information
Routine technical redaction may be quoted separately when the customer supplies specific written redaction instructions.
Lake Mead Mobile Notary does not determine whether information is legally confidential, privileged, protected, or eligible to be sealed.

- Can identify the deadline
- Can personally review the assembled packet
- Understands that Lake Mead Mobile Notary is not determining evidentiary relevance or admissibility
The service may also support an attorney, law firm, business, agency, fiduciary, or self-represented customer who needs technical document-production assistance without transferring legal judgment to Lake Mead Mobile Notary.

How the Service Works
1. Submit the Exhibit Files and Instructions
The customer submits the case information, lead document, exhibit files, exhibit labels, order, descriptions, court instructions, and deadline.
2. Source-File and Scope Review
Lake Mead Mobile Notary reviews:
- Number of exhibits
- Total page count
- Source-file types
- Apparent scan quality
- Exhibit labels
- Customer-selected order
- Lead-document references
- Court and department
- Filing-platform requirements
- File-size requirements
- Confidentiality instructions
- Requested output
- Deadline
- Need for extensive correction, redaction, translation, media handling, or professional review
The review determines whether the project fits the standard assembly service or requires an expanded quote.
3. Exhibit Assembly
The packet is assembled using the customer-approved structure.
Production may include:
- Creating separator pages
- Arranging source documents
- Converting eligible files
- Rotating pages
- Applying page numbers
- Preparing the index
- Combining files
- Applying optical-character recognition
- Compressing the PDF
- Creating approved bookmarks
- Dividing the packet into approved volumes when necessary
4. Quality-Control Review
Lake Mead Mobile Notary checks the assembled packet for apparent technical issues such as:
- Missing exhibit labels
- Missing supplied exhibits
- Duplicate pages
- Incorrect rotation
- Broken page sequence
- Illegible scans
- Unresolved blanks
- Index mismatches
- Bookmark mismatches
- Page-numbering gaps
- File corruption
- File-size problems
This technical review does not determine legal sufficiency, relevance, admissibility, or evidentiary foundation.
5. Customer Review and Approval
The customer reviews and confirms:
- Exhibit selection
- Exhibit order
- Labels
- Descriptions
- Page numbering
- Index
- Completeness
- Redactions
- Confidentiality treatment
- Filing structure
- Every other substantive instruction
No filing, service, printing, or external delivery proceeds until the customer has approved the final packet.
6. Final PDF Production
After approval, the final PDF or approved set of PDFs is produced.
Any separately contracted filing, service, printing, binding, courier delivery, courtesy-copy delivery, or tracked shipping then proceeds through its own confirmed workflow.
Before You Start
Select the Exhibits Before Assembly
Lake Mead Mobile Notary does not determine which documents should be used as evidence.
The customer must decide:
- Which materials will be included
- Which materials will be excluded
- Which exhibits support each statement
- Whether a document is complete
- Whether a document is accurate
- Whether an exhibit should be filed
- Whether an exhibit should be used at a hearing or trial
- Whether an exhibit is helpful or harmful
- Whether the material is admissible
- Whether authentication is required
A customer who needs assistance selecting evidence should consult an attorney or another qualified legal resource.
Provide a Final Exhibit Order
The customer must provide the intended order.
Lake Mead Mobile Notary should not infer that exhibits should be arranged:
- Chronologically
- Alphabetically
- By subject
- By importance
- By witness
- By transaction
- By pleading reference
- By legal issue
Any of those structures may be appropriate, but the customer or qualified professional must select it.
Labels Must Match the Related Court Document
An exhibit referenced as “Exhibit A” in a declaration should not appear as “Exhibit 1” in the packet unless the related document is also corrected or the customer expressly approves the difference.
Before production, confirm that:
- Every referenced exhibit exists
- Every supplied exhibit is referenced when required
- Every label matches
- Descriptions are consistent
- Page ranges are accurate
- Separate volumes are identified correctly
Court Document Typing is a separate service when changes to the lead document are required.
Filing Attachments and Trial Exhibits Are Not Interchangeable
A packet prepared for electronic filing may not satisfy the requirements for a hearing or trial.
A packet prepared for a trial exhibit exchange may not be suitable for attachment to a motion.
The customer must identify the intended use:
- Electronic filing
- Physical filing
- Electronic service
- Formal process service
- Courtesy copy
- Hearing
- Bench trial
- Jury trial
- Arbitration
- Mediation
- Agency proceeding
- Attorney review
- Internal case preparation
Separate outputs may be required for separate uses.
Verify Court and Department Instructions
Court and department requirements can differ.
Instructions may address:
- Whether exhibits must be attached to the lead document
- Whether exhibits may be filed separately
- Caption-page requirements
- File-size limits
- File naming
- Exhibit numbering
- Exhibit lists
- Bookmarks
- Courtesy copies
- Physical tabs
- Binder format
- Delivery deadline
- Electronic evidence
- Native files
- Number of copies
- Confidentiality
- Trial exhibit exchange
The Eighth Judicial District Court currently requires PDF files in its electronic filing system and ordinarily directs filers to combine attachments with the main document.
The customer must disclose any case-specific order or department instruction that changes the ordinary process.
File-Size Limits Must Be Confirmed
File-size restrictions may apply to:
- Each PDF
- Each filing
- The complete filing envelope
- Email delivery
- Court upload system
- Electronic service
- Courtesy-copy portal
- Cloud-storage link
A packet exceeding the applicable limit may require:
- Compression
- Multiple volumes
- Separate filings
- Separate media delivery
- A caption page
- A physical copy
- Court permission
- Another approved method
Compression cannot guarantee that every large packet will fit the intended system.
Scans Must Be Legible
Low-quality source files may delay or prevent completion.
Common problems include:
- Blurry photographs
- Faded scans
- Cut-off text
- Dark shadows
- Folded pages
- Missing corners
- Incorrect orientation
- Low resolution
- Multiple pages photographed as one image
- Watermarks covering text
- Handwriting that cannot be read
- Pages captured through reflective plastic
- Screenshots with interface elements covering content
The customer may need to provide a new scan or original document.
Lake Mead Mobile Notary does not recreate text that cannot be reliably read.
Preserve Original Files
Customers should preserve the original source documents and native electronic files.
Conversion, compression, cropping, rotation, optical-character recognition, or PDF assembly may change:
- File metadata
- Image resolution
- File structure
- Embedded fonts
- Searchability
- Creation dates
- Native spreadsheet functions
- Email header presentation
- Photograph metadata
The assembled PDF is a production copy. It should not be treated as the sole preserved version of evidence when authenticity, metadata, or native-file characteristics may matter.
Screenshots Require Context
A screenshot may omit information such as:
- Sender
- Recipient
- Date
- Time
- Complete message thread
- Web address
- Account name
- Attachment
- Earlier or later messages
- Original metadata
- Page boundaries
Lake Mead Mobile Notary may format the screenshot supplied but does not determine whether additional context is legally required.
Emails and Text Messages May Need More Than a Screenshot
Depending on the intended use, the customer or attorney may determine that the exhibit should include:
- Full message thread
- Sender and recipient information
- Date and time
- Email headers
- Contact information
- Attachment references
- Exported message file
- Authentication declaration
- Device information
- Complete surrounding conversation
Those are evidentiary decisions outside the technical assembly service.
Spreadsheets May Not Convert Cleanly
Spreadsheets can become difficult to read when converted to a fixed-size PDF.
Before conversion, the customer may need to approve:
- Page orientation
- Print area
- Repeated header rows
- Column width
- Scaling
- Hidden rows or columns
- Formulas versus displayed values
- Multiple worksheets
- Color use
- Page breaks
Lake Mead Mobile Notary does not determine which hidden data, formulas, worksheets, or columns should be disclosed.
Audio and Video Require Separate Review
Ordinary PDF assembly does not include complete processing of audio or video evidence.
A court may require:
- Native media file
- Transcript
- Still-image index
- Storage device
- Approved electronic transfer
- File-format conversion
- Playback testing
- Copies for other parties
- Advance delivery to courtroom personnel
Lake Mead Mobile Notary does not determine the correct evidentiary foundation or courtroom-presentation method.
Redaction Must Be Specifically Authorized
The customer must provide written instructions identifying:
- The exact information to redact
- The exact page
- The exact location
- Whether the redaction must be permanent
- Whether an unredacted version must be preserved
- Whether a confidential version is required
- Whether the court requires a separate confidential-information form
- Whether a sealing order exists
Covering information with a visible black shape without permanently removing the underlying data may be insufficient.
Advanced redaction and verification require a separate scope.
Sealed and Confidential Materials Require Special Handling
Do not assume that sensitive materials can be filed through the ordinary public filing workflow.
The Eighth Judicial District Court’s current File and Serve guidance states that documents to be filed under seal must still be brought to the clerk’s counter rather than submitted through the ordinary electronic filing route.
The customer must provide:
- Sealing order
- Applicable court instruction
- Confidential-document designation
- Public and confidential versions when required
- Delivery instructions
- Authorized recipients
- Secure-handling requirements
Lake Mead Mobile Notary does not determine whether the court will permit sealing.
Personal Information Must Be Reviewed
The customer should review every page for information such as:
- Social Security number
- Driver’s-license number
- Date of birth
- Minor’s name
- Financial account number
- Medical information
- Home address
- Telephone number
- Email address
- Employment identification
- Taxpayer identification
- Passport information
- Protected-person information
Lake Mead Mobile Notary may identify apparent sensitive information but does not guarantee detection of every protected item.
Authentication Is Not Included
Formatting a document as an exhibit does not authenticate it.
Lake Mead Mobile Notary does not certify:
- Who created the document
- When it was created
- Whether it was altered
- Whether a signature is genuine
- Whether a photograph is accurate
- Whether a record is a business record
- Whether a message came from a particular person
- Whether a copy is complete
- Whether a government record is certified
- Whether evidence is admissible
Authentication questions require the customer, witness, custodian, attorney, court, or other qualified source.
Assembly Does Not Establish Admissibility
A professionally assembled packet may still contain material that the court excludes or disregards.
Admissibility may involve:
- Relevance
- Hearsay
- Authentication
- Foundation
- Privilege
- Completeness
- Original-document rules
- Expert testimony
- Notice requirements
- Timeliness
- Discovery obligations
- Pretrial orders
- Objections
- Other evidentiary rules
Lake Mead Mobile Notary does not provide an admissibility opinion.
Discovery Production Is a Separate Function
An exhibit packet is not necessarily the same as a discovery production.
Discovery work may require:
- Document requests
- Responses and objections
- Privilege review
- Privilege log
- Native-file preservation
- Metadata
- Bates numbering
- Confidentiality designation
- Production specifications
- Large-volume review
- Deduplication
- Electronic-discovery software
- Attorney supervision
Large discovery productions or substantive discovery review fall outside the standard exhibit-assembly service.
Filing Is Separate
A completed exhibit PDF remains unfiled until it is submitted and accepted by the correct court.
Electronic filing may require:
- Correct court location
- Existing case
- Correct case number
- Correct filing code
- Correct lead document
- Separate attachments
- Filing description
- Service contacts
- Filing fees
- Payment authorization
- Confidentiality settings
- Final submission approval
Las Vegas Justice Court currently requires electronic filing for civil case types.
Court E-Filing Submission is separate unless expressly included.
Service on Other Parties Is Separate
Preparing an exhibit packet does not establish that another party has been properly served.
The customer remains responsible for determining:
- Who must receive the packet
- What must be served
- Permitted service method
- Deadline
- Whether electronic service is effective
- Whether formal process service is required
- Whether proof or certificate of service must be filed
Lake Mead Mobile Notary does not provide legal advice concerning service requirements.
Courtesy Copies Are Separate
Some courts or departments may require courtesy copies in addition to the electronically filed document.
Courtesy-copy work may involve:
- Printing
- Tabs
- Binders
- Copies of briefing
- Exhibit volumes
- Delivery to chambers
- Delivery deadline
- Department-specific labeling
- Proof of delivery
Printing, binding, tabbing, and courthouse delivery are separate unless expressly included.
Revisions Must Remain Within the Accepted Scope
One ordinary correction may include:
- Correcting an exhibit label
- Replacing one supplied page
- Correcting a short exhibit description
- Reordering a limited number of exhibits
- Correcting a page-numbering error
- Correcting a routine index entry
- Rotating a missed page
A new or expanded quote may be required when the customer:
- Adds numerous exhibits
- Replaces the exhibit set
- Changes the labeling system
- Changes the order substantially
- Adds extensive redaction
- Adds multiple volumes
- Adds large media files
- Changes the related lead document
- Requests a new public and confidential version
- Changes court or filing instructions
- Requires reconstruction after filing
- Requests a second packet for another case
- Requests extensive source-file repair
Separate Services and Third-Party Costs
The standard exhibit-assembly scope does not include:
- Legal advice
- Attorney review
- Selection of evidence
- Relevance or admissibility analysis
- Authentication
- Legal research
- Legal citation review
- Substantive document drafting
- Court Document Typing
- Extensive transcription
- Discovery review
- Electronic-discovery hosting
- Privilege review
- Extensive redaction
- Certified translation
- Interpretation
- Certification of records
- Retrieval of missing exhibits
- Audio or video editing
- Courtroom presentation
- Printing
- Physical tabs or binders
- Courtesy-copy delivery
- Electronic filing
- Physical filing
- Filing-platform charges
- Court fees
- Electronic service
- Process service
- Notarization
- Witness services
- Postage or shipping
- Courier delivery
- Technical rejection correction outside the accepted scope
- Additional exhibit packets
- Revisions outside the accepted scope
Any related service must be separately identified and confirmed.
Preparation Does Not Guarantee Court Acceptance or Evidentiary Use
Lake Mead Mobile Notary does not guarantee:
- That the customer selected the correct exhibits
- That the packet contains every necessary document
- That the exhibits are relevant
- That the exhibits are authentic
- That the exhibits are admissible
- That the exhibits satisfy a court order
- That the source files are complete
- That every scan is legible
- That optical-character recognition is perfectly accurate
- That compression will meet every file-size requirement
- That the filing platform will accept the files
- That a clerk will accept the filing
- That a judicial department will accept the courtesy copies
- That an opposing party will not object
- That a judge will consider or rely on the exhibits
- That additional copies, files, declarations, authentication, or professional review will not be required
The customer remains responsible for selecting the exhibits, supplying complete source files, approving labels and order, identifying confidentiality requirements, meeting deadlines, and determining how the exhibits will be filed, served, or presented.
