Certified Mail and Tracked Document Shipping Coordination

One Service for Certified Mail and Tracked Document Shipping

Lake Mead Mobile Notary prepares and coordinates customer-approved document shipments through USPS Certified Mail or another approved trackable carrier service.

This record owns the complete administrative transaction, including:

  • USPS Certified Mail
  • Paper or electronic Return Receipt
  • Restricted Delivery when selected and eligible
  • Other eligible USPS tracked mailing methods
  • UPS document shipping
  • FedEx document shipping
  • DHL document shipping
  • Signature-required delivery options
  • Prepaid return labels
  • Two-way document shipments
  • Domestic document returns
  • International document returns
  • Tracking and available proof-of-delivery coordination

These are mailing and fulfillment options within one document-shipping service. They do not require separate public CMS pages.

The selected method depends on the customer’s delivery deadline, recipient requirements, original-document risk, destination, desired proof, return needs, and approved outside costs.

Available Service Paths

USPS Certified Mail

USPS Certified Mail may be appropriate when the customer wants:

  • A postal mailing receipt
  • A tracking number
  • Electronic delivery or attempted-delivery information
  • Optional Return Receipt
  • Optional Restricted Delivery
  • A preserved mailing record for business, court, government, or personal files

USPS states that Certified Mail provides a mailing receipt and electronic verification of delivery or attempted delivery. Restricted Delivery may be selected to direct delivery to the addressee or an authorized agent under USPS rules.

USPS Tracked Shipping

A customer may prefer another eligible USPS trackable service when the primary need is:

  • Faster transportation
  • Package tracking
  • Signature confirmation
  • Protective packaging
  • A prepaid return shipment
  • Shipment of a larger document packet
  • Shipment of an original or certified document
  • Another USPS delivery option that better matches the destination

Tracking, insurance, signature services, Return Receipt, and Restricted Delivery are separate postal features whose availability depends on the underlying mailing service.

UPS Document Shipping

UPS may be selected for domestic or international document shipments requiring:

  • Trackable transportation
  • Expedited service
  • Signature Required
  • Adult Signature Required
  • Direct Delivery Only
  • Hold for Pickup
  • Prepaid return label
  • Proof-of-delivery information
  • International shipping support

UPS currently offers Signature Required and Adult Signature Required as distinct delivery selections. UPS also permits a shipper to create prepaid return labels with an outbound shipment or send a return label electronically.

FedEx Document Shipping

FedEx may be selected when the shipment requires:

  • Trackable document delivery
  • Express or scheduled transportation
  • Indirect Signature Required
  • Direct Signature Required
  • Adult Signature Required
  • Hold at Location
  • Prepaid return label
  • Domestic or international delivery
  • Available proof-of-delivery information

FedEx distinguishes indirect, direct, and adult-signature options. FedEx also permits return-label creation, including labels that may be printed or provided electronically to the return sender.

DHL Document Shipping

DHL may be appropriate for eligible international document shipments, expedited international returns, or another customer-approved shipment where DHL provides the preferred service.

The administrative workflow may include:

  • Shipment creation
  • Rate and delivery estimate review
  • Label preparation
  • Courier-pickup scheduling
  • Tracking
  • International recipient information
  • Air-waybill information
  • Return-shipment coordination when available
  • Customs or shipment documentation when required

DHL Express provides international shipping, label creation, pickup, and tracking tools. International shipments require accurate sender, recipient, shipment-description, and payment information, with additional customs information required when the contents are dutiable rather than documents only.

Certified Mail Versus Tracked Carrier Shipping

Certified Mail is a specialized USPS service emphasizing proof that the mailpiece was accepted and providing delivery or attempted-delivery information.

Tracked carrier shipping may be more appropriate when the customer needs:

  • Faster delivery
  • Carrier envelope or rigid packaging
  • Overnight or expedited delivery
  • More detailed delivery options
  • Hold for pickup
  • A prepaid return label
  • Two-way shipment coordination
  • International document delivery
  • A specific carrier required by the recipient

One method is not automatically better than the other.

The selected method should be based on:

  • Recipient instructions
  • Required proof
  • Delivery deadline
  • Document size
  • Original-document risk
  • Destination
  • Signature requirement
  • Return-shipment requirement
  • Court or agency instruction
  • Customer-approved carrier costs

Return Receipt

Return Receipt is a separate USPS extra service that provides evidence of delivery.

Depending on the selected option, it may be returned:

  • As a physical paper card
  • Electronically

The available record may include:

  • Delivery date
  • Recipient or authorized-agent signature
  • Delivery address information
  • Related tracking information

USPS states that Return Receipt provides the sender with proof of delivery and must be selected as part of an eligible mailing transaction.

Paper Return Receipt

The paper Return Receipt is commonly associated with the physical green card returned after delivery.

The completed mailing file may include:

  • Copy of documents shipped
  • Certified Mail receipt
  • Tracking number
  • Carrier or postal payment receipt
  • Returned paper card
  • Delivery-status record
  • Related customer instructions

Electronic Return Receipt

An electronic Return Receipt may be appropriate when:

  • A physical green card is not required
  • Faster access to the delivery record is preferred
  • The customer will store the record electronically
  • The recipient or court accepts electronic delivery evidence

The customer should confirm whether the intended recipient requires a paper record or will accept electronic proof.

Restricted Delivery

Restricted Delivery is not automatically included with Certified Mail.

It should be selected only when the customer or controlling instruction requires the available USPS delivery restriction.

Restricted Delivery may be appropriate when:

  • Delivery should be directed to the named addressee
  • Delivery may be made only to an authorized agent under the applicable USPS rule
  • The recipient or customer has provided specific delivery instructions
  • Ordinary delivery to another person at the address is insufficient

USPS treats Restricted Delivery as an additional service with its own eligibility and delivery rules.

Signature-Required Options

A tracked shipment does not automatically require a signature.

Depending on the carrier and destination, options may include:

  • Any available signature
  • Indirect signature
  • Direct signature
  • Adult signature
  • Restricted delivery
  • Hold for pickup with identification
  • No signature required

Carrier terminology is not uniform.

FedEx, for example, distinguishes indirect, direct, and adult-signature services. UPS separately offers Signature Required and Adult Signature Required. USPS uses its own Signature Confirmation, Restricted Delivery, and adult-signature options.

The customer should identify what level of proof or recipient control is actually required.

Signature Does Not Always Mean the Named Recipient Signed

A standard signature service may permit another qualifying person at the delivery address to sign, depending on the carrier and selected option.

A customer who needs delivery restricted to a particular person should not assume that an ordinary signature option provides that result.

The selected service must be reviewed for:

  • Who may sign
  • Whether an adult signature is required
  • Whether a named-recipient restriction is available
  • Whether identification is required
  • Whether a mailroom, receptionist, agent, or household member may accept delivery
  • Whether the recipient may redirect or hold the shipment

FedEx’s indirect-signature option, for example, differs from its direct- and adult-signature services.

Prepaid Return Labels

A prepaid return label may be included when documents must be signed, notarized, processed, certified, apostilled, reviewed, or otherwise completed before being returned.

The label may be:

  • Printed and inserted into the outbound packet
  • Emailed to the recipient
  • Supplied as a printable file
  • Generated with a carrier barcode or another available return method
  • Created after the outbound shipment when separately authorized

UPS and FedEx both provide return-label workflows. Availability, expiration, billing, and destination rules depend on the carrier and shipment.

A prepaid return label does not guarantee that the recipient will:

  • Complete the documents
  • Use the label
  • Use the correct packaging
  • Return every document
  • Tender the return on time
  • Preserve official seals or fasteners
  • Follow the customer’s instructions

Two-Way Document Shipping

A two-way shipment may be used for:

  • Signature and return
  • Notarization and return
  • Attorney review and return
  • Court or government processing
  • Certified-record retrieval
  • Apostille processing
  • Embassy or consular processing
  • Foreign-recipient execution
  • Document correction
  • Original-document loan and return
  • Another defined outbound-and-return workflow

Depending on scope, Lake Mead Mobile Notary may prepare:

  • Outbound label
  • Return label
  • Outbound packaging
  • Return packaging
  • Recipient instruction sheet
  • Contents inventory
  • Tracking records for both directions
  • Signature options
  • Scan before shipment
  • Scan after return

The customer must identify who will:

  • Complete the documents
  • Repack them
  • Affix the return label
  • Schedule pickup
  • Tender the return shipment
  • Pay destination duties or fees
  • Contact Lake Mead Mobile Notary if the return does not begin

Domestic Document Returns

Domestic return coordination may be used when the recipient is located within the United States and must return:

  • Signed originals
  • Notarized originals
  • Court-issued records
  • Certified copies
  • Apostilled documents
  • Business documents
  • Government forms
  • Estate documents
  • Property documents
  • Another approved document packet

The return method may use:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • DHL when available
  • Another approved trackable carrier

International Document Returns

International document returns require additional qualification.

The workflow may involve:

  • Destination and origin countries
  • Complete international addresses
  • Recipient telephone number
  • Carrier availability
  • Document description
  • Document-only classification
  • Customs declaration when required
  • Duties or taxes
  • Return-label availability
  • Carrier account requirements
  • Remote-area limitations
  • Signature availability
  • Import or export restrictions
  • Government or embassy routing
  • Translation of shipping instructions
  • Return-shipment deadline

A prepaid international return label is not guaranteed to be available for every country, carrier, service, or recipient.

International shipment preparation requires accurate sender, receiver, shipment, and contents information.

Documents Commonly Shipped

This service may support customer-approved shipment of:

  • Court documents
  • File-stamped copies
  • Certified court records
  • Exemplified court records
  • Certified judgments or orders
  • Divorce decrees
  • Probate records
  • Certified marriage certificates
  • Vital records
  • Recorder-certified documents
  • Deeds
  • Powers of attorney
  • Wills
  • Advance directives
  • Affidavits
  • Contracts
  • Business filings
  • Certificates of status
  • Notarized documents
  • Apostilled documents
  • Authenticated documents
  • Embassy or consular packets
  • Government applications
  • Customer-approved legal correspondence
  • Another approved document packet

The customer must disclose whether the packet contains an original, certified, exemplified, apostilled, sealed, irreplaceable, confidential, or difficult-to-replace document.

Certified, Exemplified, Apostilled, and Authenticated Documents

Official records may contain:

  • Clerk certification
  • Court seal
  • Embossment
  • Ribbon
  • Fastener
  • Attached certificate
  • Apostille
  • Authentication certificate
  • Security paper
  • Government envelope
  • Translation attached to the original
  • Another official component

The issued assembly should remain intact.

Lake Mead Mobile Notary should not:

  • Remove official fasteners
  • Separate certification pages
  • Remove ribbons
  • Laminate the document
  • Fold through an official seal when avoidable
  • Staple over an official marking
  • Write on the issued record
  • Rearrange pages
  • Open an envelope that the recipient requires to remain sealed

Originals and Replacement Risk

Before shipping an original, the customer should confirm:

  • The recipient requires the original
  • A copy is insufficient
  • A complete scan exists
  • Replacement procedure is understood
  • Replacement time is acceptable
  • Packaging is appropriate
  • Signature selection is appropriate
  • Carrier protection or declared-value options have been considered
  • Return instructions are complete
  • Local hand delivery is not preferable

Important documents may have substantial legal or personal significance while having limited carrier-compensable replacement value.

Lake Mead Mobile Notary does not guarantee that a lost original can be replaced or that a carrier will reimburse the document’s legal, transactional, or personal importance.

Protective Packaging

Depending on the document, the package may use:

  • Flat document envelope
  • Rigid document mailer
  • Protective folder
  • Water-resistant inner sleeve
  • Padded envelope
  • Tamper-evident inner envelope
  • Carrier envelope
  • Carrier box
  • Document backing board
  • Another suitable container

The selected packaging should account for:

  • Document dimensions
  • Official fasteners
  • Embossed seals
  • Original signatures
  • Moisture exposure
  • Bending risk
  • Recipient instructions
  • Return needs

Carrier handling instructions do not guarantee that a document will remain perfectly flat, dry, unopened, or undamaged.

Administrative Contents Inventory

When included, Lake Mead Mobile Notary may prepare an administrative inventory identifying:

  • Recipient
  • Document titles
  • Page count
  • Original or copy status
  • Certification or apostille status
  • Attachments
  • Outbound tracking number
  • Return tracking number
  • Signature option
  • Package date
  • Other customer-approved notes

The inventory documents the packet assembled by Lake Mead Mobile Notary.

It does not create a court-certified statement of contents or independently prove that the recipient reviewed every document.

Scanning Before Shipment

When included, the final packet may be scanned before sealing.

The scan may preserve:

  • Every page
  • Front and back of certifications
  • Signatures
  • Notarial certificates
  • Seals
  • Apostilles
  • Attachments
  • Cover letters
  • Contents inventory
  • Shipping instructions

A scan is not another certified, exemplified, apostilled, authenticated, or wet-signed original.

Carrier Tender and Shipment Receipt

When carrier submission is included, Lake Mead Mobile Notary may:

  • Prepare the approved label
  • Present the package to the selected acceptance location
  • Schedule an eligible courier pickup
  • Obtain the available carrier receipt
  • Record the tracking number
  • Send the shipment record to the customer

The completion file may include:

  • Carrier
  • Service level
  • Tender date
  • Tracking number
  • Label copy
  • Payment receipt
  • Contents inventory
  • Signature selection
  • Return-label information
  • Estimated delivery information

Tracking and Status Monitoring

Depending on the confirmed scope, Lake Mead Mobile Notary may:

  • Send the tracking number
  • Review ordinary tracking events
  • Preserve available proof of delivery
  • Notify the customer of delivery
  • Notify the customer of an attempted delivery
  • Report a delay
  • Report an address problem
  • Report refusal
  • Report a hold-for-pickup status
  • Report return to sender
  • Report an international customs exception

Tracking may not show movement immediately after label creation or before the carrier scans the shipment into its network. DHL notes that tracking events may begin only after the shipment enters its system.

Ordinary coordination does not include unlimited monitoring or carrier-claim administration.

Proof of Delivery

Available proof of delivery may include:

  • Delivery date
  • Delivery time
  • Delivery location
  • Recipient name
  • Signature
  • Delivery image
  • Carrier status
  • Another carrier-generated record

Proof of delivery does not automatically prove:

  • The named addressee personally received the package
  • The recipient opened it
  • Every document was inside
  • A court accepted a filing
  • An agency approved an application
  • A recipient accepted the document’s legal sufficiency
  • Formal service of process was completed
  • A deadline was legally satisfied

Certified Mail or Shipping Is Not Formal Service of Process

This service does not determine whether mailing or carrier delivery satisfies legal service requirements.

Formal service of process is not offered or coordinated by Lake Mead Mobile Notary.

Customers may need to work directly with an appropriately authorized:

  • Private process server
  • Sheriff
  • Constable
  • Another provider permitted under the controlling rule or order

A postal or carrier delivery record should not be represented as a court-approved affidavit of personal service unless the governing procedure expressly provides for the selected mailing method.

Shipment Delivery Is Not Filing, Recording, or Approval

A carrier status marked “delivered” does not establish that:

  • A court accepted a filing
  • A recorder recorded a deed
  • The Nevada Secretary of State filed a business document
  • An apostille was issued
  • An embassy legalized a document
  • An agency approved an application
  • A recipient completed the documents
  • A payment was accepted
  • A deadline was satisfied

The underlying filing, recording, retrieval, apostille, authentication, or agency transaction remains separate.

What the Confirmed Scope May Include

Depending on the selected method, the confirmed scope may include:

  • Review of one routine shipping request
  • One customer-approved recipient
  • One document packet
  • Review of originals versus copies
  • Review of recipient instructions
  • Review of delivery deadline
  • Review of requested proof
  • One USPS Certified Mail transaction
  • One eligible Return Receipt selection
  • One eligible Restricted Delivery selection
  • One tracked carrier label
  • One routine shipping package
  • One administrative contents inventory
  • Scan of the final packet when included
  • One carrier tender transaction
  • Carrier receipt
  • Tracking-number preservation
  • Customer tracking notification
  • Ordinary status monitoring
  • Available proof-of-delivery retrieval
  • One prepaid return label when included
  • Two-way shipment setup when included

The selected method and exact scope must be confirmed before preparation begins.

Before You Start

Confirm the Correct Delivery Method

Do not select Certified Mail or tracked shipping solely because a document appears important.

The controlling requirement may call for:

  • Regular mail
  • Certified Mail
  • Return Receipt
  • Restricted Delivery
  • Tracked carrier
  • Direct signature
  • Adult signature
  • Personal service
  • Court e-filing
  • Physical court filing
  • Local courier
  • Direct agency submission
  • Another method

The customer must provide the applicable instruction or select the method independently.

Confirm the Recipient’s Requirements

Ask the recipient whether it requires:

  • USPS mailing
  • Specific carrier
  • Tracking
  • Signature
  • Direct signature
  • Adult signature
  • Restricted Delivery
  • Hold for pickup
  • Prepaid return envelope
  • Direct court or government mailing
  • Sealed envelope
  • Original document
  • Certified copy
  • Another delivery condition

Lake Mead Mobile Notary does not guarantee recipient acceptance when the recipient’s requirements were not obtained.

Confirm the Exact Recipient and Address

The customer is responsible for approving:

  • Recipient name
  • Legal entity name
  • Department
  • Attention line
  • Street address
  • Unit or suite
  • City
  • State or province
  • Postal code
  • Country
  • Telephone number
  • Email
  • Reference number
  • Carrier acceptance at the destination

Address investigation and skip tracing are not included.

Certified Mail Does Not Prove the Packet’s Contents by Itself

A mailing receipt and tracking number identify the mailpiece.

They do not independently prove every document or page placed inside.

Customers who need a stronger administrative record should consider requesting:

  • Final packet scan
  • Contents inventory
  • Page count
  • Cover-letter copy
  • Package photograph
  • Shipping-label copy
  • Carrier receipt

Those records still do not guarantee the recipient will agree about the contents.

Tracking Does Not Automatically Include a Signature

The customer must select an available signature or delivery-restriction service before the shipment is tendered.

A signature option may not be added or changed after the carrier accepts the package.

Availability varies by carrier, service, and destination. FedEx notes that signature options are selected as part of shipment creation and vary according to the eligible destination and service.

A Signature May Come From Someone Other Than the Named Recipient

Depending on the selected option, a signature may come from:

  • Household member
  • Receptionist
  • Mailroom employee
  • Building employee
  • Neighbor
  • Authorized agent
  • Another qualifying person at or near the address

Select a stricter delivery service only after confirming the required result and carrier availability.

Return Receipt Must Be Selected Before Mailing

A paper or electronic Return Receipt should be chosen as part of the eligible USPS mailing transaction.

Do not assume a Return Receipt can be added after the mailpiece has already entered the postal system.

Restricted Delivery Must Be Selected Separately

Restricted Delivery is not automatically included with Certified Mail.

The customer must identify that requirement before mailing and confirm that the selected service is eligible.

Shipping Is Not Formal Service of Process

Do not use this service to represent ordinary mailing or carrier delivery as formal personal service unless the applicable rule, court order, or official instruction expressly permits the selected method.

Lake Mead Mobile Notary does not offer Process-Service Coordination.

Delivery Does Not Equal Government Acceptance

A court, recorder, agency, embassy, or other government recipient may receive the package but later:

  • Reject it
  • Return it
  • Request another form
  • Request another fee
  • Require another filing method
  • Require an original
  • Require a certified copy
  • Require an appointment
  • Require customer action

Delivery and substantive processing are separate events.

Deadlines Remain the Customer’s Responsibility

The customer must supply the deadline and allow time for:

  • Document preparation
  • Review
  • Corrections
  • Packaging
  • Carrier acceptance
  • Transportation
  • Delivery attempts
  • Recipient processing
  • Return shipment
  • Possible delays
  • Government or court review

Lake Mead Mobile Notary does not calculate legal deadlines.

Carrier Delivery Estimates Are Not Guaranteed by Lake Mead Mobile Notary

Delivery may be affected by:

  • Carrier cutoff
  • Weekend
  • Holiday
  • Weather
  • Traffic
  • Transportation interruption
  • Recipient absence
  • Address correction
  • Security screening
  • Government closure
  • Customs
  • Duties or taxes
  • Remote-area conditions
  • Carrier-system outage
  • Another delivery exception

Protect Original and Irreplaceable Documents

Before shipping an original:

  • Confirm the recipient requires it
  • Make a complete scan when permitted
  • Verify the address
  • Select suitable packaging
  • Consider signature requirements
  • Consider hold for pickup
  • Consider carrier protection or declared value
  • Confirm return instructions
  • Understand replacement procedures

Lake Mead Mobile Notary does not guarantee replacement or reimbursement.

Preserve Official Document Assemblies

Do not alter a certified, exemplified, apostilled, or authenticated document merely to fit it into smaller packaging.

Do not:

  • Remove seals
  • Separate attached certificates
  • Remove ribbons
  • Remove official staples or fasteners
  • Laminate
  • Rearrange pages
  • Fold through official seals when avoidable
  • Write on the original

International Shipping Requires Accurate Information

The customer must accurately disclose:

  • All contents
  • Whether the shipment contains documents only
  • Any physical item included with the documents
  • Value information
  • Sender and recipient details
  • Destination
  • Duties or tax responsibility
  • Government or embassy routing
  • Return requirements

Lake Mead Mobile Notary will not knowingly misdescribe merchandise or dutiable contents as documents.

International Return Labels Are Not Universally Available

Return-label availability may depend on:

  • Carrier
  • Origin country
  • Destination country
  • Service level
  • Carrier account
  • Recipient access
  • Customs rules
  • Label expiration
  • Local tender options
  • Duties or taxes

A manual return shipment may be required where a prepaid international label is unavailable.

A Return Label Does Not Guarantee the Documents Will Return

The recipient may:

  • Fail to use the label
  • Lose the label
  • Use different packaging
  • Fail to complete the documents
  • Omit pages
  • Damage official attachments
  • Miss the shipment deadline
  • Decline to return the packet

Recipient cooperation remains outside Lake Mead Mobile Notary’s control.

Shipping and Carrier Costs Are Separate

The Lake Mead Mobile Notary service charge does not include:

  • Postage
  • Certified Mail charge
  • Return Receipt
  • Restricted Delivery
  • Carrier transportation
  • Signature charges
  • Adult-signature charges
  • Hold-for-pickup charges
  • Packaging
  • Specialty packaging
  • Declared-value charges
  • Insurance or shipment protection
  • Prepaid return transportation
  • International shipping
  • Customs charges
  • Duties
  • Taxes
  • Brokerage
  • Address-correction charges
  • Remote-area charges
  • Other carrier or third-party expenses

The customer must approve outside costs before tender.

Carrier Claims Are Separate

A carrier loss or damage claim may require:

  • Tracking number
  • Carrier receipt
  • Proof of value
  • Replacement-cost evidence
  • Package photographs
  • Packaging evidence
  • Recipient statement
  • Claim form
  • Carrier account information
  • Inspection
  • Additional documentation

The standard coordination scope does not include extensive claim administration, litigation support, or replacement-record retrieval.

One Shipment Does Not Include Unlimited Monitoring

Additional work may be required for:

  • Long-term tracking
  • Repeated recipient contact
  • Carrier investigation
  • Missing-package claim
  • Customs dispute
  • Address correction
  • Repeated delivery attempts
  • Return interception
  • Reshipment
  • Replacement-document retrieval
  • Several reporting recipients

Returned Shipments Require a New Transaction

A returned document packet may require:

  • Corrected address
  • New shipping label
  • New packaging
  • New carrier charge
  • New signature selection
  • New customs information
  • New customer authorization

Reshipment is not automatically included.

Multiple Recipients Require Separate Shipments

Each recipient generally requires:

  • Separate document set
  • Separate envelope or package
  • Separate label
  • Separate tracking number
  • Separate signature selection
  • Separate carrier cost
  • Separate proof of delivery
  • Separate return label when applicable

Separate Services and Third-Party Costs

The standard scope does not include:

  • Legal advice
  • Attorney review
  • Selection of a legally sufficient service method
  • Deadline calculation
  • Formal service of process
  • Address investigation
  • Skip tracing
  • Substantive document preparation
  • Court filing
  • Recorder submission
  • Business filing

  • Hazardous or prohibited items
  • Extensive customs work
  • Carrier claims
  • Unlimited monitoring
  • Replacement-document retrieval
  • Reshipment
  • Revisions outside the accepted scope

Any related service must be separately identified and confirmed.

Coordination Does Not Guarantee Delivery or Acceptance

Lake Mead Mobile Notary does not guarantee:

  • The customer supplied the correct recipient
  • The address is current
  • The recipient accepts the selected carrier
  • The carrier will deliver by a particular date
  • The named recipient will personally sign
  • A signature will satisfy a legal requirement
  • The package will remain undamaged
  • An original can be replaced
  • Customs will release an international shipment
  • Duties or taxes will not apply
  • The recipient will process the documents
  • A court or agency will accept the documents
  • Tracked delivery completes formal service
  • A carrier claim will be approved
  • A return label will be used
  • Additional shipping, replacement, filing, or professional assistance will not be required

The customer remains responsible for the contents, destination, recipient, method, deadline, outside costs, recipient requirements, and final authorization.
